Andre Hill — Founder
Andre Hill is the Founder and Director of Process Improvement at Eagle View Business Solutions, LLC.
Mr. Hill founded Eagle View to bring the discipline, analytical rigor, and structured problem-solving methods used in complex organizations to small- and medium-sized businesses.
He brings approximately 15 years of experience in process improvement, operational excellence, project and program management, and organizational transformation. Throughout his career, he has led and supported initiatives focused on improving operational performance, redesigning workflows, reducing inefficiencies, strengthening processes, and helping organizations translate analysis into practical action.
His approach combines Lean Six Sigma, project management, advanced analytical methods, and structured problem solving with an emphasis on evidence, practical application, and measurable operational improvement. He brings that perspective to each Eagle View engagement, adapting the analysis to the organization and the operational question being examined rather than applying a predetermined solution.
Experience That Supports the Work
Mr. Hill brings approximately 15 years of professional experience in process improvement, operational excellence, and project and program management, supported by formal education and professional credentials in business, project management, and Lean Six Sigma.
He holds the Project Management Professional (PMP) credential and is a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (LSSBB). Mr. Hill earned a Master of Business Administration from Georgia State University and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Howard University.
