Purchase & Service Policies

These Purchase & Service Policies describe the general terms applicable to purchases and professional services offered by Eagle View Business Solutions, LLC ("Eagle View"). Additional terms may apply to specific products or professional-service engagements.
Operational Excellence Process Audit Toolkit
The Operational Excellence Process Audit Toolkit ("Toolkit") is a digital product designed to help business owners and organizational leaders evaluate processes, identify operational waste and potential root causes, prioritize improvement opportunities, and develop a focused action plan.
The Toolkit is a digital product delivered electronically following successful payment.
Digital Product Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of the Toolkit, all sales are final and non-refundable once payment has been successfully completed and access to the purchased digital files has been provided.
If a purchaser experiences an access issue, the purchaser should contact Eagle View through the website Contact page. Eagle View will verify the purchase and, when appropriate, assist with restoring access to the purchased files.
Failure to download, open, complete, or use the Toolkit after access has been provided does not constitute grounds for a refund.
Refunds will be provided for verified duplicate charges and where otherwise required by applicable law.
Toolkit License and Use
Purchase of the Toolkit provides the purchaser with the right to use the product subject to the license terms supplied with the Toolkit. Purchase does not transfer ownership of Eagle View's intellectual property.
The Toolkit may not be reproduced, redistributed, resold, sublicensed, incorporated into another product, training program, consulting deliverable, or otherwise commercially exploited except as expressly permitted by Eagle View in writing.
Operational Audit Credit
If you enter into an agreement with Eagle View Business Solutions for an Operational Audit within 30 calendar days of purchasing the Toolkit, the full Toolkit purchase price paid will be credited toward your initial payment for the Operational Audit.
The Toolkit credit applies to the initial 50% payment only and does not reduce the agreed Operational Audit fee or the final 50% payment.
Operational Audit
An Operational Audit is a professionally led assessment conducted by Eagle View to evaluate an agreed operational objective or area of focus and develop evidence-based findings and improvement recommendations.
Payments
Operational Audit engagements require an initial payment equal to 50% of the agreed engagement fee before discovery begins.
The remaining 50% must be paid before Eagle View presents or releases findings, recommendations, results, roadmaps, or other engagement deliverables.
Cancellations and Refunds
If a client cancels an Operational Audit after work has begun, the initial payment is not automatically refundable. Eagle View will determine whether any refund is due based on the work completed, resources committed to the engagement, and any nonrecoverable costs incurred through the cancellation date.
If Eagle View cancels an engagement for reasons not caused by the client's nonpayment, failure to cooperate, breach of agreed responsibilities, or other client-caused circumstances, Eagle View will refund prepaid fees attributable to services that were not performed.
Schedule Changes and Expenses
Client-requested schedule changes will be handled on a reasonable basis. Any nonrecoverable costs resulting from client-requested changes, including applicable travel-related costs, remain the client's responsibility.
Engagement-Specific Terms
Additional payment, cancellation, travel, scope, client-responsibility, and other terms may be established in the applicable Proposal/SOW and Master Agreement.
Where those executed agreements contain terms specific to an engagement, those terms govern that engagement.
